The Missouri Holocaust Education and Awareness Commission is pleased to offer a Level 2 professional development workshop for Missouri educators who have previously completed a Commission Level 1 training
This Level 2 workshop will deepen participants’ understanding of Holocaust education by examining the role propaganda and education played in the Nazi rise to power. On the second day, participants will visit the St. Louis Kaplan Feldman Holocaust Museum, including a guided program and survivor testimony.

Hotel and meals for this workshop are state-funded and provided at no cost to participants. A stipend will be awarded to help cover travel and additional expenses.
Space is limited to the first 28 registrants. All registrants will be notified of their registration status. Those not confirmed will be notified of future workshops.
Agenda
Sunday, March 8 – Arrive at your leisure any time after 3:00 p.m. Enjoy complimentary evening drinks and snacks at the hotel’s 5:30 Kickback beginning at 5:30 p.m. There is no programming scheduled for this evening.
Monday, March 9 – Programming begins promptly at 8:00 a.m.
Tuesday, March 10 – After hotel check-out, participants will depart at 8:15 a.m. for a full day of programming at the St. Louis Kaplan Feldman Holocaust Museum beginning at 9:00 a.m. Participants will use their own transportation. The workshop will conclude at approximately 3:30 p.m.
